Dr Peatfield's Crawley Clinic address?

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me to find out the address of Dr Peatfield's Crawley clinic. I spoke to him on Friday of last week and he told me he only runs his clinic in Crawley now. I've today been offered an appointment in March by his secretary, but stupidly forgot to ask for the address and I won't be able to phone back until Friday as I work and can't make calls during working hours.

I'm trying to book trains and overnight accommodation because I'm in the north west and it's a nearly 5 hour train journey. Last appointment is 1.30 because of his ill health.

Does anyone have the address please?

By the way, he was absolutely lovely on the telephone - it was great to speak to someone who understands what you're going through. What a lovely man, very reassuring.
