So I've come to the realization that my scalloped tongue will be happening on and off until I get my blood results back for seeinv if my vitamon b12 os low. But my question is does anyone know of any home remedies that helps relieve symptoms of the scalloped tongue? Or at least helps relieve the swelling a little bit?

If you are hypothyroid the swollen tongue coukd well be caused by mucin which kind of waterlogs all the tissues. This can hapoen to all muscle tissue including the heart.

It took several years of my being on ndt before the mucin dissapeared. You need to be on the correct medication dose.

Warm salt water to rinse the mouth and tongue can be soothing, Gengigel can be used if the tongue is very sore, I often bit mine when it was swollen. My scalloped tongue has improved a lot since I've had B12 injections.
