No thyroid, but my levels are all over the place.

I take Nature Thyroid BID. My levels are crazy. TSH low, low which is good, T4 normal, but T3 is high at 225.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum, Paragoddess.

I think that must be total T3? Did you take NatureThroid before your blood draw?

Yes total T3. Held dosage that AM.

Paragoddess,

If you took NatureThroid on the morning of your blood test the T3 will have been peaking in your blood and that may be why Total T3 is high. Next time you test leave 12 hours between last dose and blood draw.

I had taken my normal dosage over 16 hours prior to testing. I tested at 7am and last medication was day prior at 3pm

This could explain why I feel bad.

Paragoddess,

You may be a little over medicated. I'm not experienced at interpreting total T3, in the UK we use free T3, so I can't say with any certainty that you are or are not over medicated.

You can't interpret TT3, that's why it's rarely done anymore. You have no way of knowing how much of the T3 is free, and how much bound, and unusable by the body. Your Total could be over-range, but your Free could still be low. And, that's what counts.
