Abnormally low B12

Off to docs this morning.... abnormally low B12, borderline full blood count and borderline hormones (menopause test).... joy! Going to get full results in a print out

Will do thanks.... already received treatment for it but obviously got worse, had folic acid too.

Time for injections perhaps. Hope your Doc is a good one and knows about the importance of B12. Under 500 - it can become a neurological condition - many seem not to be aware.

Have you bought the book - could it Be B12 ? - by Sally Pacholok. An excellent read - every home should have a copy
