Just learned I have adrenal fatigue underlying thyroid problems. Can I get adrenal advice here or is there another forum for that?

I am wondering if Picks protocol in Wired and Tired? of:

Astragalus

Siberian Ginseng

Licoice Root Tea

DHEA

Is this a good way to go?

How did you learn you have adrenal fatigue? I think the supplements you take depend to some extent on whether your cortisol levels are too low or too high.

I learned it from the numerous lists of signs and symptoms. I am waiting for results of a Cortisol Saliva Test to confirm.

I don't know of another forum, and you can get adrenal advice on here but it's a bit hit and miss whether anyone picks it up. I suggest you make another post when you get your saliver test results and know if your cortisol is too low or too high. Otherwise you just have to try various supplements and see what works, unless you can get a kinesiologist to test you for them. I've just had an Asyra test which has told me which ones I need and which ones I don't so hopefully that will help.
