There are so many things there that could make you feel bad : low nutrients - all four are too low and need supplementing; low FT4 - it isn't even mid-range, so there's the likely-hood that your FT3 is low, too, and it's low T3 that causes symptoms, you really need to get that tested. Magnesium is low in range. Given that testing magnesium is a waste of time, anyway, you more than likely need to supplement magnesium.
Also, taking all those drugs is bound to cause symptoms. Statins are dreadful things to take. Have you asked yourself if you really need to take them? Your doctor will naturally say yes, but what does he know! Your high cholesterol and blood pressure, and low mood, are no doubt all down to low T3. So, a bit of T3 would do you much more good than those nasty drugs.
