That's normal. B vitamins are water soluble. Excess is excreted in the urine.

I describe it (in my case) as a 'yeasty' smell to my urine when ingesting B vitamins. My urine also turns a stronger yellow color .... all perfectly routine in my opinion because when you cease taking the B vitamins, all returns to normal.

It's normal for one of them to turn your urine yellow but I've never had an issue with the smell. Asparagus does that though.

I'd add in a Vit a supplement also, seeing as your taking a 5,000iu Vit D3. Vit A prevents Vit D3 becoming a toxic issue.

Vitamins A-D3-K2 Work together, hope that helps, and yes it's normal for the urine to change colour like that, if you start to get back pain in the kidney area drink more water and it will go in a day or so... Been there...

A strong change in colour if normal at first, if you are truly deficient there body will retain it better after a couple of weeks and your urine will go paper again. Any change in smell should be very slight, if that persists I would chat with your doctor.
