Thanks to everyone who has responded to my question. I had a feeling that was the case. I've got to stop that snacking in the evening now, haven't I? Plus those late dinners when I get home late from work! Damn!

I'm a snacker in the evening too! I take my Levo in the early hours of the morning when I get up for the loo, can be any time between 4am and 6am, then back to sleep. It suits me and I can still have a biscuit or three in the evening, or a mince pie
