Time of the month

I feel dreadful a lot of the time but does anybody else suffer feeling really ill, fatigued, anxious and palpitations just before and during your period?

I'm sorry you've had no replies. I have seen posts where people report feeling very unwell just before and during their period. My sister used to say she had PMT, during MT and post MT

I don't have periods any more but I certainly know that my gums bleed whenI would be 'due'. My gums do not bleed any other time so I know its not a disease.
