Perhaps your friend should have taken her appointment letter with her. I'm sure it must have had the clinic address and perhaps a clinic telephone number.

Your friend could try checking the address by contacting the office Tel: [phone] The office is at a different address to the clinic.

I have rung the number and it is on answer machine and I am waiting for a reply. This does not help.
