Dr Peatfield does he still have a clinic?

I've read a lot of positive posts about Dr Peatfield and would really like to make an appointment to see him, but I can't find where he practices. Could anybody give me the details? I would like to see him to get help with possible adrenal fatigue/insufficiency and hypo.
