Shelf life of NDT

Does anybody know what sort of shelf-life NDT products have? It looks increasingly like the supply of these products is being 'strangled' and I wondered about stocking up while I can.

They should all have a use by or expiry date on the bottle. I have some that have at least two years to go yet. Check with the supplier before you buy to find out what expiry date their current batch has on it.

Thanks, I had taken mine out of their original wrapping to keep them in a bottle, and couldn't remember the expiry date. I will check with the supplier, but as I am ordering from abroad, am wondering if it also may be better to wait and see if the pound goes back up again. What a kefuffle just to be able to get out of bed each day.

Oh yes the exchange rate has made quite a difference to prices already. Not holding my breath for it to improve in the near future though

Weigh up the pros and cons of peace of mind knowing you're stocked up, versus how much you think you'll save if you wait.

You are probably right. They will likely keep the pound low until they serve up a second referendum. My source is now obliged to charge a 10% surcharge for transactions too.

Keeping them in the freezer extends their storage too.
