Understanding London GP (Hackney) and/or endo recommendations

I'm in London, and struggling with the Hackney and City CCG - I think they are severely stretched financially and think this may be the issue. If anyone has any recommendations of good local GP who understands hypothyroid and/or good NHS endo for thyroid issues, please PM me.
