Hi I have just found this website and for the past year I have been having night sweats to the upper torso. It used to just be the odd one but seems to be getting worse every night. I am literally drenched. It's not menopausal as I have been through this. I don't have any other menopausal symptoms. It doesn't matter the weather this is every night. Can someone advise. Thanks

Night sweats
Welcome to the forum, Mcclymont219.
Night sweats may be due to B12 deficiency. Ask your GP to test B12 and folate.
Mcclymont219 I used to have this but not to the extent of being drenched, and I am post menopausal. I did a complete hormone profile where oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone were tested as well as adrenals. I was found to be very low in all sex hormones and my practioner suggested bioidentical progesterone cream (part of a supplement routine to deal with other things too) and this has helped a lot. Not saying it's what you need but maybe look into complete hormone testing to see if there is a problem there that needs addressing and might help.
This happened to me & after supplementing with B12 it stopped completely.
I supplemented with Jarrow Methylcobalamin B12, 5000mcg for 60 days (60 tabs in the jar) and have now reduced to Solgar, Sublingual Methylcobalamin, 1000 mcg along with a B Complex.
However, the past week I have felt the hot sweats returning. Not sure if this is because I have changed the brand or if I need to up the dose slightly. But the B12 definitely did the trick.
