I have been hypo for at least 10 years - on levo for around 7 years. Never felt 100% but some phases are better than others. I have been steady on 112.5g thyroxine (100 / 125 alt days) for a few years now.
The last two months I have been feeling extremely exhausted, brain fog, cold and odd aches and pains. My recent blood tests are all in range... but would appreciate anyone letting me know if there's anything amongst these results that ring alarm bells...
Is there any chance I'm over medicated?
Am being referred to a private ending by my GP - and want to go with as much info as I can.
Thanks!

Levo might not suit you. I know it sounds silly but I was on it for 7 years too until I realised it was slowly grinding me to a halt. I felt better off it after a couple of days! You could try forgetting to take it for a couple of days.
B12 is very low in range. You might ask your GP to check Intrinsic Factor to rule out pernicious anaemia. If clear, you could supplement 5,000mcg methylcobalamin for a couple of months to raise B12 and then reduce to 1,000mcg.
Folate, Bone Profile, Electrolytes and Creatinine are all within range and you are negative for Coeliac disease.
