Uni pharma from greece - parcel tracking

My tracking shows my package is received at "office of exchange" I thought parcels within EU weren't subject to customs?

Can anyone else confirm they had this on tracking and all was fine?

pinklady756 From what I remember the tracking is from Greece (mine was sent from Cyprus) to where it is handed over to Royal Mail (office of exchange??). Once in the hands of Royal Mail I think I tried but wasn't able to check progress in the UK but it arrived with no problems.

There was no customs declaration sticker on the envelope so it didn't have to go through customs like items I've ordered from the USA which always have the customs declaration sticker.

Mine arrived 👍. It seems as though the Greek side of things is tracked, once it gets to Royal Mail you just have to wait.

Thanks, yeh tracking seems to have stopped for me too, hopefully won't be long now
