tracking test results

Has anyone got a good/easy way to track test results over the years?

Invariably a lot of my results have different ranges for the same test - the GP tests and thriva have different ranges, for example. It makes tracking them in a spreadsheet tricky.

At the moment all I have done is collate the data.

You can convert your results to a percentage through the range using this linkchorobytarczycy.eu/kalkulator

Thank you - yes, I already do that but I'd like to keep the actual results as well.

It's mostly so that when I see the Endo I have my results available and they're easy and clear to see so we're not wasting time working out what results are where - IYSWIM?

I put all my results on a spread sheet. Columns for

Date

GP or private test

TSH result...range

FT4 result...range...percentage

FT3 result...range...percentage

Plus a column for notes - current dose, how I feel, whether I change dose, etc.

I have a different colour background for GP test rows and the private lab rows.

It would be easy to highlight the percentage when printing off.

Interesting, I do mine the other way round, date going across the top, results going down. Top rows and first column locked so I can scroll up and down or sideways without losing sight of what I'm looking at.

and then you can play with making charts! I have found GPs will look at charts rather than numbers. You could even leave them to colour them in, exept they would go over the lines!

Not what you're looking for?
