Leahcollett3 From what I can see from Vitabiotics website the ingredients in that are
Vitamin B6 5 mg
Folic Acid 400 µg
Vitamin B12 10 µg
Iron (as Fumarate) 17 mg
Zinc 12 mg
Copper 1000 µg
With that supplement you will be taking 17mg of iron, as your ferritin is 122 as per one of your previous posts then you don't need a supplement with iron in, your ferritin is in a pretty good place. It also contains B12 as cyanocobalamin which is the wrong form and it doesn't contain all the B vitamins needed. That particular supplement is not right for your needs.
What you do need is B12 methylcobalamin.
~Stick to the recommended supplement which Greygoose advised:
5000 mcg sublingual methylcobalamin daily for a few months, then lower to a maintenance dose of 1000 mcg. With that, take a B complex with at least 400 mcg methylfolate, and that will increase your folate, too.
You need Solgar or Jarrows sublingual methylcobalamin for your B12 and Thorne Basic B or Jarrows B Right for the B Complex.
You need sublingual methylcobalamin at much higher dose than in that product. I recommend Jarrow formulas 5000iu (from Amazon and use TUK's easy fundraising link to make some money for them)
