hey is it blue horizons that do the private t3 and t4 blood tests? Does anyone know how much they cost and how long it takes to get the results back from them. Do I have to do my own blood work at home?

Thanks

I shall give you a link for Private Tests. For pin-prick tests you can do it at home but you must be properly hydrated i.e. drink plenty a couple of days before. Others who've done it will respond as well.

that's great thanks for letting me know. Did you do the pin prick test first thing in the morning / does it matter when you do it?

I use package 11, which also tests for the vital vit deficiencies. It is a finger prick test. I had to use two fingers to get enough blood, but it all worked well enough and I got the results back quickly.

great thanks so much for letting me know I will look into doing that. Did you do this test first thing in the morning?

Yes 1st thing in the morning. Fast for 12hrs before the test.(nothing but water) & take any T4/T3 after your test (so there will have been 24hrs from your last dose to the test.
