Hi ive had bloods in:

feritin 122ugl

tsh - 5.61

v12 - 371ngl

folate 6.2ugl

i have a massive list of everything she tested but i cant attach it for some reason - currently im on 50mg of levelthyroxine. my next blood tests with be t3 and t4

Can you edit your post and put the ranges in please? As while posters can guess what your results mean we can't tell properly until you put the ranges in.

Well, your TSH is too high, for a start! When you're on thyroid hormone replacement, it should be one or under. 50 mcg is just a starter dose.

Your vit B12 is too low - don't need a range to see that. If I were you, I would take 5000 mcg sublingual methylcobalamin daily for a few months, then lower to a maintenance dose of 1000 mcg. With that, take a B complex with at least 400 mcg methylfolate, and that will increase your folate, too.

Not sure about the iron. But, it looks ok.
