Am looking at it and it seems quite good, but wasn't sure if it would interact with thyroxine?

More info on what's in it is here

Well, it doesn't seem that good to me. And the price!!! Have you got money to burn? This is just another multi-vit con. Not enough of anything to treat a real deficiency. And they do not tell you what form of magnesium, vit E and vit A they use.

You do not want iodine. With the iodine you get from your thyroid hormone replacement, you are likely to over-dose, and that is not good.

What you would be better off doing is getting your vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested, and supplementing accordingly. It would do you more good, and be a lot cheaper, too!

No money to burn I'm afraid. I already supplement B vits, D3 and iron following tests. I wasn't sure what the amino acid type things were as they seem to be higher doses but did think the rest looked a bit average.

Well, find yourself a multi-amino acid. You don't need the rest of that stuff. Although you could try taking some selenium to help conversion. And/or take some magnesium, because that works with vit D3 - are you also taking the necessary vit K2 with your D3?

I'm not taking k2 no, I didn't know it was necessary. I do take magnesium actually, forgot to mention that. I might just give it a miss to be honest, I'm fine at the moment and there's an element of if it ain't broke etc. It took ages to get here as thyroxine initially caused an adrenal problem so I should probably just enjoy feeling ok!

I think you should.

But, it's important to take the K2 because taking vit D3 increases absorption of calcium from food, and K2 makes sure it goes into the bones, and not the tissues.

Not what you're looking for?
