I knew nothing about her being hypo until I had an email today with this story in it.

Searching her name just now other posts about her aren't that recent so this may be interesting for anyone else or the newbies here.

Hidden Jazzw

JFK also had Addison's Disease. He was a very sick man but it was kept hidden from the general public.

..... think the steroids kept him going - and the cortisone for his poorly back. Apparently in his private jet he was always lying down. One of his quotes about his health was - If only my Doc had read just one more book ! - or something like that.

Look at Lincoln and, possibly, his wife as well. Plus George & Barbara Bush. All had thyroid issues.

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing. (K.Cattrall & M-L Parker; surprising since they do not look hypo. And also the star-footballer is very surprising

I did a post about it a couple of years ago 😊 A bit of Greek home spun philosophy. I was told when a lady went to her doc - he declared she had a thyroid problem due to the two necklace type wrinkles on her neck. No blood tests - good old fashioned observation !

I now see it on so many people especially on TV ! Both men and women. Tried to edit on my phone and nothing happened - hope this works !

She may not be doing so well now. If you see any recent TV clips of her, she looks unwell, unsteady on her legs and has a bad cough and nervous tic.

I thought how plump she looked these days. Could be her age or inherited genes but she has certainly gained in the years since Bill was President but of course that was a long time ago.

When we watched the Democratic Convention I thought she looked very tired, bags under her eyes and she also looked puffy with weight gain. Quite the difference from a few months ago. I do believe all the stress that goes with a campaign is getting to her.
