Can anyone help in recommending a Dr who I can see privately (if my GP refuses to refer me) who does prescribe Natural Thyroid Hormone? I live in Northamptonshire, but am willing to travel any reasonable distance. Thanks

You would almost certainly have to go to London or Oxford.

As already said - just buy online. I ordered mine from Thailand and I think it works out about £40 per year for 2 grains per day. Not worth the hassle of battling with a doctor, nhs or private. I think a private prescription would probably cost more anyway.
