My T3 has come eeeks! Do you think taking 12.5mcg t3 in one dose and dropping my t4 from 200 to 150mcg is a good idea?

T4 to T3 ratio is 6:1 from a recent test

I would start at 6.25mcg T3 and drop Levo to 175mcg. That way you are still getting the equivalent of what you are taking now. Give it two weeks and see how you feel. Don't rush it, do it gradually.

I agree with SSS above. T3 is powerful and should be introduced LOW and SLOW..

If there are no negative reactions after 1 -2 weeks, then introduce another 6.25mcg in the pm..

Too much or a too quick introduction will induce feelings of heat and possible palpitations.
