savvanah, what does the 0.11 result represent? It can't be TSH because the reference range is .2 to 2.
Is the 17.8 your FT4. That looks good and not too much. But something is too low at .11
savannah,
Your results aren't clearly identified but I would assume your TSH to be under range at 0.11 and your T4 to be nearly at the top at 17.8.
Your results are fine but if you feel unwell you could still be hypothyroid. Low thyroid hormone can have similar symptoms to high, and blood results only show the hormone circulating in the blood stream and not how activated they are. T4 has to convert to an active hormone T3 to alleviate symptoms and give wellbeing and there are many reasons why this doesn't always happen.
To get a clearer picture to assess if you are under or over replaced, you will need to have T3 tested. Members use private labs ( link below) when their doctors are uncooperative.
Low thyroid hormone can cause deficiencies in Vit B12, Vit D, folate and ferritin, the very nutrients required for good thyroid hormone synthesis. Ask your GP to test and post all results together with ranges (numbers in brackets) for members to comment.

your tsh is suppressed therefore you could try taking 100mcg all week and 125 just on sat and sun and see if that makes you feel better.....you may actually be a little over medicated...i know i feel best with tsh around 1 on levo and the slightest change and medication can change that even 12mcg
my experience is the blood test are a guide but you really have to follow your gut on how you feel also.....bec there has been studies of blood test being different just one day apart or taking at different times of the day...
t4 stays in storage a while so it may take several weeks before you feel like you are balanced again...but if that doesnt work, you can always go back up or get a blood test showing your free t3 and reverse t3 with the tsh and free t4.....to get a more in depth look at what is going on .....
strangely enough i just took a blood test also and had similar results but my ft4 was not that high.....and from experience i know that in warmer sunny summer months sometimes we need a little less t4 and need more in colder months...or if you start taking iron or d3 4 hours away from dosage etc...it can effect conversion as well....to be better...so little things can change things....or if you were eating a high fiber diet and alot of brocolli and then stopped.....etc......so many things effect our medication....even how we take it and what we eat or supplement near it
