Just started NDT on Friday. First day was excellent. Subsequent days have given me palpitations I and a racey Feeling. Is this something that will even out as my body acclimates itself?. Supposed to start LDN tonight, thoughts or experiences appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Bern7475,

How much NDT are you taking, and how much Levothyroxine were you taking before you switched.

Probably best to wait a week or two before introducing LDN else you won't know which is helping or causing adverse effects.

Was taking 88mcg of synthroid. Taking 32.5 mg of ndt in the morning and 16.25 at 2:00 pm. I agree about the LDN. Thanks for responding

Bern7475,

I think you are under medicated. 88mcg Synthroid is equivalent to 81.25mg NDT. Palpitations and racing heart are common when under medicated as well as over medicated.
