You can't buy the 20mcg dose tablets. 25mcg is easily obtainable and the brand Perrigo comes in 5mcg tablets. No idea where to get Perrigo but I will PM about the 25s.

The other supplier I know of in Greece isn't taking orders due to the shortage.
Apparently there is no shortage of Turkish Tiromel but I have no contacts for that.
