Taking antihistimines while on NDT and adrenal support...

I was wondering if anybody had any thoughts on the above. I have taken medication for hayfever for decades and i'm sure it's no good in the long run and has contributed to my health issues. BUT when that ole' pollen gets up in the summer ( like now!) I am almost frantic with hayfever and find it hard not to take something and just skulk indoors all the time. I am at present on Thyroid S and nutri adrenal ( self medicating in other words). Would appreciate any advice.

I have not had any problems taking anti-histamines with my thyroid meds or supplements, although I avoid the ones that make people drowsy.
