Does anyone have this? Symptoms seem to be very similar to hypothyroidism:

Yes, I had it along with Hashi's. And there are lots of physical signs that they didn't mention there. Thinning lips, and deep lines on the face; the nose extends and droops; the muscles are not just decreased in mass and strength, they are reabsorbed, and replaced by fat, that's why you get what you call Bingo Wings (I call them Bat Wings). So, you can see when people are HGH deficient. Think Robin Williams.

I had HGH injections for a couple of years, and felt a lot better. The Bingo Wings are decreasing, but I have not regrown my lips! But, it does tie in with hypo, because you need good levels of T3 to be able to produce HGH, and you need good levels of HGH to be able to convert T4 to T3. Bit of a vicious circle!

Thank you. Very interesting connection to T3.

Indeed! I should think most hypos have low HGH, but doctors never test for it.
