I just got my new blood results the other day...
Free T4: 11.9 (9.0 - 19.0)
TSH: 2.6 (0.3 - 3.5)
Thyroglobulin Ab: 153 H (<4)
Six or so weeks ago my Thyroglobulin Ab levels were 120 (<4) so they have gone up
The doctor didn't test for anything else this time...
No meds still...
Has GP checked vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferratin levels.
All need to well within normal range.
If they won't agree, Thyroid Uk lists private labs for testing

GP is unlikely to make a diagnosis until TSH is >3.5 or FT4 is <9.0.
Postive thyroglobulin antibodies means you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. 100% gluten-free diet may improve symptoms, reduce antibodies an delay progression to hypothyroid.
