T3 and T4 - 1 hour before or 2 hours after food and drink, 2 hours away from other medication and supplements, and 4 hours away from iron, calcium and vitamin D supplements and HRT.
Take HRT tablets at least 4 hours away from T3 and T4. Not important if you are using HRT transdermal patches.
Take Folic acid 2 hours away from T3 and T4 and with food.
Vitamin D should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day as fat aids absorption and 4 hours away from thyroid meds.
It won't matter what time you have B12 injections as they won't interact with thyroid meds.
