What do we make of these results: (on 75T4 and 20T3 for three weeks)
TSH: 0.11 [0.27-4.20]
FT4: 14.3 [12-22]
FT3: 3.8 [3.1-6.8]
Seems rather odd to me to have depressed TSH but still quite low FT4 and very low FT3.
Any suggestions anyone?

Coppernob,
TSH and FT4 respond quite quickly but 3 weeks isn't long enough for FT3 to respond. I found FT3 took twice as long as FT4 and TSH to respond.
Coppernob,
You were previously medicating T3, so have you just introduced T4 ?
The pituitary gland should be working harder to raise thyroid hormones levels ... but T4 is usually tested six weeks after starting so it is probably still a little early to test for true results.
Once T4 is optimal it will hopefully help in the conversion of extra T3 to add to the 20mcg you are already medicating and both levels will rise.
More importantly, how do you feel ?
Hi Coppernob your tsh is low because of the t3 that you are taking. It doesn't mean anything but you need your t4 and t3 to be higher.
Jo xx
Supressed TSH can occur with any form of thyroxine.
Is it only 3 weeks since you started thyroid replacement, or just on that dose? The rule of thumb is to wait 6 weeks, so your body may still be adjusting and you'll get a clearer result in 3 more weeks.
