LDN distilled water

Hello.

Thess questions is to anyone who makes their own LDN with distilled water or anyone who knows the answers even though they don't lol.

I'm planning on self medication with LDN shortly but I'm not sure where the best place to get distilled water?

There are places that sell it in big containers like 5 liters or more but I assume most of every container would be wasted as I'd only be using 50ml per week.

This leads me to my other question, how long does it keep once it's been opened?

Your pharmacy should be able to supply pharmaceutical grade distilled water in small bottles.

I don't know much about LDN, so forgive my ignorance but what do you mean by 'make your own LDN'?

In brief, you take naltrexone and dissolve it in distilled water.

You don't nessasarily need to use distilled water. Boiled (cooled) tap water is ok. Mine keep at least 3 w in the refrigerator. I dissolve 1 tbl of 50 mg in 50 cc water. That gives a solution of 1 mg/1cc. Advised to start low fx 0.5mg and increase slowly fx 0.5 mg every week or 2.th 3th. or 4.th week depending on your reactions, to avoid side effects.

I did wonder if you could use cool boiled water but have never come across any info to suggest you could.

I think I'm going to do that instead of distilled.
