What do you mean by "thyroid supplements"?
Doesn't matter. When it gets into your stomach the pH is about 2 which totally overwhelms small differences in the water you drink.
Regarding the "and feel very healthy" part of your question, as a general rule it's not advised that you consume only distilled water. Because it doesn’t contain its own minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, distilled water has a tendency to pull them from whatever it touches in order to maintain a balance. So when you drink distilled water, it may pull small amounts of minerals from your body, including from your teeth.
If you otherwise have a nutritious balanced diet, there is one field of thought that drinking distilled water shouldn’t make you deficient; but there is another view that the dangers are actually greater than that. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency advises that "Distilled water, being essentially mineral-free, is very aggressive, in that it tends to dissolve substances with which it is in contact. Notably, carbon dioxide from the air is rapidly absorbed, making the water acidic and even more aggressive. Many metals are dissolved by distilled water." The pH of food and drink is generally irrelevant unless you have too much or too little gastric acid. Your stomach produces a low pH environment to break down food, and this is then neutralised by bile in the small intestine to produce an alkaline environment suitable for the enzymes required to finish the breakdown of food; for absorption through the intestinal wall.
If you are referencing Thyroxine, do not consume food (stimulates acid production) or caffeine (raises stomach acid production also), as this lowered stomach pH can prevent Thyroxine absorption.
I do not know if acidic juices or soft drinks (e.g. cola) significantly affect Thyroxine absorption, but these are best avoided anyway since the sugar they contain could trigger the aforementioned digestive processes.
TL;DR - Any plain water is fine. The slight variances in pH are completely insignificant. Food, sugar, caffeine, and fruit acids should be avoided for 30-60 minutes after thyroxine ingestion.
Thanks so much especially anonymous45 . Your write up is helpful.
