Add chemo brain and menopause to Hashimotos and life is really interesting. I can't remember conversations from the day before and have to write *everything* down at work or it's gone from my brain. Does anyone know of any kind of natural supplement that helps stimulate memory???

The hashimotos is it just hashimotos, or do you have hypothyroidism too? low B12? Just asking to rule em out, or haven't you been checked for low thyroid, n B12

Please check out Dr Datis Kharrazian - he is running a six week seminar you can sign up for dealing with Brain Fog.  It is not Free.  If you do not want to pay - then I suggest you read his website and consider his books.  Why Isn't My Brain Working - is a big but good read.

Also ask GP to check your FT3. T3 is needed by our brains as well as the rest of our body.

Are you gluten free? my brain fog went with that, though I still have some memory probs due to the thyroid not yet being fixed.

lemon balm, curcumin, coconut oil, thiamine are all noted for helping.  Anything that stimulates ketosis will improve it too (that's how the coconut oil works)
