Eggs good for you, depending on how you cook them.

I always eat 3 eggs daily, either lightly boiled, or fried in Virgin coconut oil.

A link to explain these reasons.

Thanks!  I eat at least one, regularly two eggs per day and just yesterday decided to have two scrambled (something I rarely do)... this is a very interesting link: points taken :-)

Coconut oil is produced using the slash and burn method taking acres of rainforest.

HI Glynisrose, Yes we all know this, but would it really make any difference, if we forgo our coconut oil, nobody cares, and the government and big pharma, certainly don't.  I for one, will eat as healthily as I can, and yes I care, but me alone can do nothing, the tide of greed is just too strong for us.

Also my friend comes from Trinidad, and it is not like that there, neither Crete, where I stay regularly with my friend.

But each one of us has a responsibility to stop the further erosion of the rainforest which is why we can breathe.

Yes Glynisrose, I totally agree, but I am not about to compromise my health!!  The governments of the world are supposed to be doing this, they are paid by us to do it, so it shouldn't have to be up to us to do anything further!!

It is up to us.  And so it should be.  NOTHING is worth compromising the air we breathe.
