The radiologist educated me that perfectly healthy looking thyroid gland might not work and really awful looking can work just perfect.
She said it is not normal to have that high thyroglobulin I have and that tells something is wrong. I told I have been told numerous times it is normal to have some thyroglobulin but I have had many times of normal range and she said it is so wrong.
She said my low t3 is not right either and I should find endo who really understand these issues. She said I can't get anywhere with GP's (she is GP too :D) and I am wasting my time going local hospital.
She told me to call private practices and ask someone who deals with these issues, not just endo.
She also said that thyroid funtion is so important and so poorly treated. If thyroid is not working, nothing else works either. She said no wonder I feel so poorly.
Also checked my salivary glands etc.
I was hoping something would show up. But like she said messy thyroid gland can be fully functional and healthy looking not functional at all.
