How to switch from t3+t4 combo to NDT?

Hi, I've been taking 50mg of Levo and now 10mg of t3 per day and been feeling quite good mood wise etc. How do I start taking nature thyroid RLC labs that arrived yesterday in the post? I bought 100 pills of quarter grain, to start slowly. Any advice pls.

Minus, The nearest equivalent dose is 1.25 grains containing 47.5mcg T4 plus 11.25mcg T3.

I too k first piggy tablet today just quarter grain. Does that mean I could take 1 grain of piggy all in one go or am I doing right thing starting with 1 x quarter grain tablet each da y for a week? Feel OK so far.

Minus, you'll become very hypothyroid on 1/4 grain. You've been taking T4+T3 so you can switch straight over to 1.25 grains.
