Hiya I've been taking NDT for about a year now and doing fabulous until recently. I haven't changed my dosage and my bloods have been fairly stable & good. However my most recent results show low T4 high T3 and TSH <0.01. Any ideas anyone? I'm most concerned about the low T4. Thank you.

I wouldn't worry too much if you're feeling good. Also did you leave 24 hours between your last dose of NDT and the blood test and fast?

If we take thyroid hormones which contain T3 the T4 will be lower. Also the blood tests were introduced along with levothyroxine so if we take other thyroid hormones they wont quite match, i.e. I take T3 only so produce practically no T4.
