What vitamins do I need to get so I have after sugary

Anaesthetic wipes out your B12 and i think zinc is good for healing. To tell if you need zinc, you put a zinc tablet on your tongue, if it tastes yuk, spit it out if it tastes of nothing, or chalk, swallow it. When you have enough zinc, you can tell because it suddenly tastes yuk.

As a child, but more often a teenager/young adult I hated going to the dentists and even for simple dental work I would insist on being anaesthetised - so I was not aware of anything but was better as an older adult and didn't need it. . However 3 foot ops between ages 14-55, oh and 1st one as a baby to remove gland. Also when sterilised aged 35!

I've never had a broken bone or been really ill, in my life! So most of my medical experience has been surgical rTher than medical. I done know about the brain Haemorrhage though - it happened on a Friday I was concious till reaching hospital and I came out of the coma following Wednesday. so I don't know if I was anesthetiser or not when the stent and coil were inserted via my femoral artery! I guess I must have been.

My 1st Vit B12 last year was not much under range, but was under.

Interesting about zinc though - better than having a blood test! If not enough zinc in body, how much would be enough? Do you know? Thanks.

Do you mean after surgery? Maybe best to start before so your body can fight, vitamine C is good for fighting infection and aids healing but I would maybe take a vitamin from seven seas immunity? Can't do any harm take care let us know how you get on

Definitely need B12 and a good range of other vitamins.
