Have you had an A1C test lately? It may be a glucose issue which is difficult on your adrenal glands. If your adrenal glands are stressed, it will impact your thyroid gland.
If you have time, this will explain quite a bit about it.
Those symptoms are exactly the way I used to get when I had too many carbs and not enough protein at a meal or snack. I was hypoglycemic. But.. I have never had a hyper episode or adrenal crash and they may have similar symptoms.
