I've had a few "funny turns"

Hot sweats

Neusea

Feeling shaky

I don't know if it's migraine attacks or hormonal

Could it be my thyroid?

Some people have mentioned menopause but I'm only 35.

Also some have said sugar levels.

Have you had an A1C test lately? It may be a glucose issue which is difficult on your adrenal glands. If your adrenal glands are stressed, it will impact your thyroid gland.

If you have time, this will explain quite a bit about it.
