I have Hashimotos and suffer from inward trembling a lot which I can't stand. It's like I am cold inside but my actual body temperature is normal. It almost feels like having a fever with no fever.
Usually this precedes and is coupled with anxiety and all the symptoms that accompany that.
I just read something very well-written for someone who is self-researching that basically said that the Hashimotos patient may be the one who, despite an increase/decrease in medication they find their symptoms do not improve or worsen.
I am finding this at the moment. Are the above indicative of a flare? I.e. Hyper-like symptoms with low TFT's? In my last experience it lasted for 5-7 days. I'm not over this one yet so can't give a timeline.
Thank you.

Hi shaws thanks so much for that link, I hadn't even thought to search it because it's so difficult to describe, but some people hit the nail on the head and it appears it's relatively common.
I think through that research that I will start taking my Levo at night, too.
Some prefer bedtime dose. Just remember when blood test is due, miss this dose and take after test. You can also take it at bedtime too if you wish. Some people take a week's dose at once. A bit too much for me I would think.
Today I have not taken Levo in the morning and plan to take it before bed along with my last Carbimazole.
I have also taken 2 doses of 10mg beta blocker rather than one 40mg tab and feel lots better already even if my symptoms are just being masked for the time being. I'll take that right now so that I can get my stuff together a bit.
Hi shaws I have asked this before and received a response from someone who said that take all Block and Replace meds together so they don't forget. However I can't tolerate taking such a hefty dose of Carb at once and split them up.
My endo said it wasn't necessary to leave any time between the two either but I am open to other suggestions.
I know this feeling, it's like something vibrating away in your very core. Particularly aware of this when lying in bed trying to sleep....there it is like a tuning fork inside you.
Last time I had it I needed an upping in my levo dose. Once that was done it went away. Have you had a thyroid function test done recently?
It's a horrid feeling, isn't it. My latest TFT was hypo with a TSH around 14. My Levo has been increased but usual time given to feel any effect has elapsed and, while I feel ever so slightly better it isn't a drastic improvement by any means.
I recently found out however that caffeine inhibits the absorption of Levo when I had been basically taking it with my morning tea!
Starting today I will be taking one carb in the am, one carb in the pm and Levo before bed I think.
I had this exact same feeling before going on the aip diet. After I gave up gluten, dairy, and soy, this symptom, along with many others went away. It was exactly like one of the comments described, a tuning fork vibrating inside. Not the worst of my symptoms but unpleasant nonetheless!
