Please do post your results with ranges. It is almost impossible for anyone to comment without them. If you have been following this forum before posting you will know that what the GP's think are OK results - rarely are.
There are many reasons for trembling - over medication - adrenal issues - Low B12 and so on.
Everyone will want to help - but we do need more info....
Welcome to our forum and am sorry you've had to give up work due to trembling. We've had a couple of other members complaining of the same problem.
You've probably found that there's not much help forthcoming from the medical profession. They only look at the TSH and pronounce that you're on sufficient thyroid hormones and there's nothing else they can do.
Now you have to read and learn and with the support of the members on this forum with a bit of luck you will be able to improve your health.
Most people do fine on levothyroxine alone and you are on a reasonable dose. I, could not get well on levo and was actually worse than before being diagnosed.
First thing to do, if you've had a recent blood test is to get a copy of the results from the surgery (make sure ranges are stated - the figures are in brackets). Always get a copy for your own records and so that you can post if you have a query.
Never take the words 'normal' 'fine' 'o.k.' with regard to blood tests for thyroid hormones. Ask GP if he would include a Free T3 blood test (some labs don't if our tSH is 'in range' but you can get a private one from a recommended lab.
If you've not had a recent one, make a request for a blood test at the earliest possible. Leave about 24 hours between your last dose and the blood test and fast (you can drink water) and take levo after test. From now on always follow this advice as it keeps the TSH at its highest and it reduces throughout the day which can result in adjustment to levo which may not be necessary.
If you've not had vitamin B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate tested for a while ask for these too as we are usually deficient.
Regards.
