Breakfast today

Been having this recently - heaped teaspoons of these accomplices added to the porridge. Have been adding a little sugar as the cacao can be quite strong (need to get some dried fruit instead).

It looks/sounds very appetizing - and healthy of course. You'll be up and running around in no time at all :)

Not so keen on running, prefer a bit of cycling on a nice day :)

Perfect combo. I eat all this myself.

You can buy cacao powder at a good price from Costco if you're a member. The linseed was also good value from Lidl.

Yes, a few blueberries or a bit of maple syrup or honey would be excellent. Have you ever tried steel cut oats? It is great.

Not tried the steel cut oats, just googled it - seems they are quite expensive? Any suggestion where I can buy them at a reasonable price?

Do you have coops or places you buy from a bin? I'm surprised since they are not as processed and are a good whole food. Some health food stores may carry it.

Yes, I think those are the same. Soak overnight and they cook pretty quickly in the morning. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
