Hey everyone.
For the past week or so I have felt like I have a lump in my throat. It sometimes feels scratchy when I eat. I have nothing visable on my neck.
Just wondering if anyone else has or is suffering this.

Sdddixy, Next time you see your GP ask him/her to palpate your throat and neck to feel whether your thyroid is swollen or if there is a palpable nodule.
Have you been tested for thyroid peroxidase antibodies? Hashimoto's flare up is a common cause of intermittent discomfort and swelling.

Hi - I wonder if you may have reflux - it seems common amongst thyroid people. I have it and that is my only symptom - the acid goes up from your stomach and irritated your throat particularly at night. I have to sleep propped up so it can't happen so easily. I also don't eat 3 hours before bed and avoid trigger foods.
Of course could be your thyroid, or just a virus.
