Hi every one can some one tell me the symptoms of thyroid please as one side of my neck is swollen had it for about 2 moths now and my doc says that he can't see any thing there but I can see it and feel it help please

Has your doctor done a blood test to see what your thyroid hormone levels are? If so, post the test results here and people can try to help you to understand what is or isn't going on.

He won't do one ask so many times for one cos I belive it is my thiroid

He has no reason to refuse you a test for your thyroid hormones even if it is just to prove you don't have it. You probably do have it as your instinct tells you.

Try to go to another doctor or switch surgeries.

If you can afford a private blood test this is a list of labs and Thyroiduk and you get a small commission if you use the code number.

Get ultrasound or CT scan and eliminate guesswork.

If thyroid is enlarged you need thyroid labs.

If you have a goiter, you are probably hypothyroid.,
