Thyroid level

I am hypothyroid patient and on thyroxine.My Tsh level is 1.60 (0.35-4.94), T3 105.4ng/dl (50-159ng/dl),T4 8.35ug/dl (4.87-11.72ug/dl).Is these levels are optimal?

Naveed123, if you feel well they're optimal. If you are symptomatic there is room for a dose increase to raise FT4 and lower TSH. Most patients will be comfortable with TSH just above or below 1.0 and with FT4 in the upper quadrant ie >10 in your case. I can't interpret Total T3.
