I saw my Endo 8weeks ago and cheekily said to him that I feel no better now ( and a whole lot thinner ) than three years ago when I first saw him.
He told me to raise Levo by another 25 mcg , but neglected to inform my G.P. so I had to persuade them to to issue another 25mcg .
The girls on reception suggested I contact his Secretary . I did and asked her to fax copy to practice .
I was amazed to see that that he had written , that although I still didn't feel well , I told him that I wasn't as tired and lethargic , that I was having palpitations . Codswallop !!!
Tremors in my hands was what I said. Who did he think was seeing because it certainly wasn't me.
I had loads of bloods taken to try and find why I was losing weight , and am assuming ( ass u me ) that nothing was found as neither the G.P or myself has heard anything.
The thyroid readings were
Tsh 0.14
Ft4 14
Ft.3 4.1
This is taking 100 Levo and 20 mcg T3 .
15th September
Tsh 0.1 ( 0.35 - 5.5 )
Ft4 13 ( 9 - 23 )
Ft3 4.3. (3.5 - 6.5 )
This will be the range for above , neither of which were fasting tests as they were done unexpectedly.
A Blue Horizon test also 15th September fasting and early appointment.
Tsh 0.035 (0.270 - 4.200 )
Free T4. 16.86 ( 12 - 22 )
Free T3 5 ( 3.1 - 6.8 )
Sorry for the long post .
I feel totally rubbish and want to try NDT to see if there is any way to feel better.
Any advice welcome

I didn't edit your post but just pressed the wrong button when editing mine ! ! ... Sorry.
Going on your latest results T3 is slightly over half way through range (good) but could afford to go a little higher and T4 under half way through range (bad) could go lots higher. No wonder you feel bad.
If you are medicating on 125 mcg Levo & 20 mcg T3, these are reasonable doses and your TSH is quite low so you could try an increase of 25mcg of T4 but if it were me I would try to make meds work better by addressing possible issues.
Are nutrient levels optimal ?
Ask GP to test Vit B12, Vit D , folate and ferritin as deficiencies will impair thyroid hormone absorbtion and convertion.
High/low cortisol will impact on thyroid meds and effect blood sugar levels and gut health.
Poor gut health will impact on nutrient and thyroid med absorption so address any issues such as IBS or candida.
If you have Hashimotos, be sure to keep antibody level low to avoid inflammation in the body with a g/f diet and healthy life style.
Supplement selenium (& possibly zinc) to aid convertion of T4-T3.
If you switch to NDT, ensure all nutrients and iron are optimal and thyroid antibodies low to prevent a Hashi attack when first introducing.
I hope you feel better soon.

My results are really similar on 125mcg levo then 125/100 alternate days. Tsh 0.15 then 0.17. Ft4 14 (won't budge up) ft3 4.5 then 4.9 and felt like hypo death. I've had 2.5mcg t3 added and feel alive again. I'm trying to figure out now why the t4 only med doesn't work for me. B12 top of range, d3 good, folate good, ferriting low last 3 months due to miscarriage but was up at 80. I supplement selenium and zinc too. I'm wondering faulty D102 gene but would that show as no t4 conversion as clearly I have some. Or Hashi's antibodies causing issues?
Yep crumbs of t3 have changed my life...that is a bad advert for t4 only! I'm now wondering whether t4 only is implicated in my miscarriage as my tsh rocketed from 1.72 to 45 the weeks before we conceived (they didn't expedite telling me) and I think even being grossly undermedicated that jump in one month is inexplicable unless the meds weren't working for me.
