Does anybody have any info on whether there is a link between toe cramps and being hypo? I have been suffering more & more over recent months ... not had bloods done since Thyroxine reduced 6 - 7 months ago. Taking mag citrate daily & 5000iu Vit d3.
Many thanks for any help.

You should have had another blood test six weeks after your dose was reduced. They just cannot leave you hanging in the air with the assumption that an adjustment up/down will suit you.
Ask for an appointment saying you've not been feeling too good. Ask for a Full Thyroid Function Test, i.e. TSH, T4, T3, Free t4 and Free T3 (most important) but labs don't usually do FT3 if your TSH is o.k.but ask anyway. If GP queries say that you want to make sure you have sufficient as its the Active hormone required in your receptor cells. (He may be unaware of this Also ask for B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate if you've not had them done recently.
First, the appointment must be the earliest and fast. Leave about 24 hours between your last dose of levo and the test and take it aftewards.
Always get a copy of your blood test results, with the ranges and you can post for comments if you have a query.
Low nutrients can be responsible for cramp. Low magnesium is one of them, but you are already taking that. Another one is low iron/ferritin. Could you be anaemic? It is very common in people with thyroid problems.
Have you ever seen this link? It's an eye-opener!
