Maybe I should start taking oil of evening primrose. Already on day 5 of my Rosita Extra virgin cod liver oil, which has the omegas in it, as she mentions. I have researched, and found that this one, is really the only good one, totally natural, not heated at all, and no supplements added back in, like many others.
If anyone finds a better one, please let me know.

That is a neat article! Strangely, just this weekend I was sent some info re thyroid but this time on essential oils [I use oils for certain rooms, in preference to horrid chemical sprays].
